CB&W: hiding or camouflaged

This week’s theme for Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge is … hiding or camouflaged. Those who have read some of my travel posts will know that I love South Africa and the wildlife encounters to be had in the magnificent Kruger National Park. Part of the thrill of a safari is finding the animals … it’s just incredible how difficult they can be to spot! I’ve converted two of my photos from my latest trip into black and white for submission to this challenge …

    1. Thank you, Antonio! Black & white certainly looks great πŸ™‚
I have been across to your blog. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Italian so I can’t read it. Are there English versions on there?

      1. I’m so pleased to hear that you’re inspired to try a safari one day. That’s probably the nicest thing anyone has said to me in while, so thank you! πŸ˜€
It truly is an incredible experience. I hope you do make the journey one day. I’m always happy to help with suggestions too!

      1. Imagine the possibilities … photos of animals in the wild and having to find them … you’re half way there Kim with all your great shots! πŸ™‚

      2. There’s some amazing possibilities. I’ve been thinking about it since you said it. I’ve made a number of coffee table books of my travel photos but this idea you’ve had would be something really different! πŸ™‚

      1. It’s beautiful! Beautiful country, beautiful people! Only thing that puts me off is safety – here in the UK where we are, you leave gates and doors unlocked, of course there is still crime but not on SA scale x
